Michael Jordan is considered a legend because he was the all-time greatest basketball player to ever live. He won 6 championships in a span of 7 years and could’ve won more if he didn’t temporarily retire for baseball because of his father.
LeBron James is considered a legend because he is the greatest basketball player this generation. He has won 3 championships and went to 7 consecutives finals and it is still going. Every finals he’s won, he became the Finals MVP and won 4 regular seasons MVP.
Kobe Bryant is considered a legend because he is the most clutch shooter. Whenever a game is close in the last few minutes in the 4th quarter, he will not miss a shot. Kobe has won 5 championships and could’ve had more if he did not have a feud with one of the other legends we will not mention: Shaquille O’Neal. Kobe is the 3rd all-time scoring leader of NBA
Magic Johnson is considered a legend because he is a triple double machine. Every time he plays, he is always consistent and always has something on the table to contribute to the team. He was averaging over 20 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists per game at one point which got him the name of the triple double machine.
